1. Products & Pricing

All products sold by Ubiquiti Kenya are genuine Ubiquiti hardware. Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders are invoiced at the price agreed at time of order.

2. Payment

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash. Full payment is required before dispatch unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.

3. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Kenya. Delivery timelines are 1–3 business days for Nairobi and 2–5 days for other regions. Delivery costs are charged at KES 500 unless otherwise agreed.

4. Returns & Warranty

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. All Ubiquiti hardware carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are processed through Ubiquiti's official channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ubiquiti Kenya is not liable for network downtime, data loss, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
